Administrative Support for Priority CoS Requests
We help UK employers with the administrative steps involved in submitting their own Priority Certificate of Sponsorship request through the Sponsorship Management System (SMS). We provide booking assistance, form-filling on your instructions, document handling, and reminders. We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or eligibility assessments.
What our admin support includes
Our service is strictly limited to administrative support. We complete the admin steps exactly as you instruct us:
- Monitoring availability of Home Office Priority Service slots
- Completing online forms based on the information you provide
- Uploading documents you give us through your chosen platform
- Booking the priority slot at your direction
- Sending you reminders and status updates over WhatsApp/email
- Sharing general, publicly available information from GOV.UK
What we do not do
The following activities are regulated immigration advice under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. We are not authorised to provide them and we do not provide them. If you need any of the items below, please consult a regulated adviser (IAA / formerly OISC) or an SRA-regulated immigration solicitor.
- Advise on whether you qualify for a Skilled Worker CoS
- Advise on which CoS type (Defined / Undefined) to use
- Choose or validate the SOC 2020 occupation code for you
- Review documents for accuracy, compliance or suitability
- Draft justification or sponsor letters
- Communicate with the Home Office on your behalf
- Log in to your SMS account or issue the CoS
Who can use this admin service?
Our admin support is for UK organisations that already hold a valid sponsor licence and have an active Level 1 SMS user. Whether your organisation qualifies, and which CoS to assign, are decisions for you (or your regulated adviser) — not us. If you don't yet have a licence, see our Sponsor Licence administrative support.

Important: administrative support only — we are not immigration advisers
We are not immigration advisers. PriorityCOS does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, eligibility assessments, document review for compliance, recommendations or representation. We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC), the SRA, or any other legal regulatory body.
Our services are strictly limited to: administrative support, document handling, booking assistance, and providing general, publicly available information (for example, links to GOV.UK guidance you have asked us to share).
We work only on the instructions you give us. You provide the information and documents, you make all decisions, and you submit your own application. We do not log in to your SMS account, communicate with the Home Office on your behalf, or act as your representative.
If you require immigration advice or legal guidance — for example eligibility opinions, which visa or licence to apply for, document review for compliance, refusals, appeals, judicial review, or contested compliance action — you must consult a regulated immigration adviser (IAA / formerly OISC) or an SRA-regulated immigration solicitor. You can find advisers on the public registers at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser and sra.org.uk.
