What's not included

Our admin fees never include regulated advice or government charges. The following are not part of any tier:

  • Immigration advice, legal advice, eligibility assessments or representation
  • Document review for compliance, accuracy or suitability
  • Choosing the SOC code, drafting role descriptions or sponsor letters
  • Home Office sponsor licence application fee (paid by you to UKVI)
  • Home Office Priority Service Fee — £350 (paid by you to UKVI)
  • Immigration Skills Charge (paid by you to UKVI)
  • Worker's visa application fees / IHS (paid by the worker to UKVI)
